Start tour at 09.00 am. Visit Besakih Mother Temple, Besakih Temple is located in Besakih countryside, Rendang sub district, Karangasem regency, east part of the island. It is located in the southwest side bevel of mount Agung, the biggest mounts in Bali. It is because the Agung Mount confidence is the holiest and highest mount in Bali Island. Bali’s “mother temple”, Besakih temple, is over 900 metres up the slopes of Gunung Agung. It has been regarded as a holy place since prehistoric times in Bali. The first recorded mention of its existence is from an inscription that dates from 1007 A.D. Since the Gelgel dynasty of the fifteenth century it has been regarded as a central, holy temple for the entire island. Buffet lunch at Local Restaurant. Semarapura City Tour : Visit Kerta Gosha, The Kertha Gosa Pavilion at Klungkung Palace was built in the early 18th century by Dewa Agung Gusti Sideman. Kertha Gosa means – “the place where the king meets with his ministries to discuss questions of justice”. Visit I Dewa Agung Jambe Puputan Klungkung Monument, is one of the most iconic landmarks in Bali. The Monument takes up the form of Lingga-Yoni, is that it rises to 28 metres above the ground, and was build to serve as a memorial for future generation about the historic event that occurred on April 28,1908 about the resistance of the Indonesian people against imperialist efforts of the Dutch. Visit Semarapura Old Palace, Semarapura Old Palace or The Klungkung Palace, officially Puri Agung Semarapura, is a historical building complex situated in Semarapura, the capital of the Klungkung Regency (kabupaten) on Bali, Indonesia. The palace (puri) was erected at the end of the 17th century, but largely destroyed during the Dutch colonial conquest in 1908. Today the basic remains of the palace are the court of justice, the Kertha Gosa Pavilion, and the main gate that bears the date Saka 1622 (AD 1700). Within the old palace compound is also a floating pavilion, the Bale Kembang. The descendants of the rajas that once ruled Klungkung today live in Puri Agung, a residence to the west of the old palace, which was built after 1929. Dinner at Local Restaurant. Back to hotel.
